My goal as a therapist, is to help you get to the core of your problems. If you see yourself engaged in a pattern of negative behaviors, thoughts, and uncomfortable emotions, I will guide you on a unique journey of healing to help you undo these patterns. I work with you in order to establish goals and explore options, always with the objective of constructive change through self-motivation. I also utilize a holistic and wellness approach in my practice ;offering a total mind/body/spirit approach to treatment.
My Style of Therapy is Eclectic. What does that mean, you ask? Eclectic therapy is a form of psychotherapy that adapts to the unique needs of each client I work with, depending on the problem, goals identified, your expectations, and motivation. I draw from a variety of disciplines and utilize a range of proven methods to determine the best combination of therapeutic tools to meet your needs. In essence, I customize the therapeutic process for each individual I work with by using a particular treatment or a combination of treatments that has been shown to be most effective.
